Eligibility

WonderKid is intended primarily for children under 13 with parental consent. Users above 13 may also use the App independently.

Parental Responsibility

Parents or guardians agree to supervise their child's use and provide truthful consent for data collection.

User Content

Interactions, text, or voice data generated by users remain the property of Genexyz for improving WonderKid's experience.

Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, and characters in WonderKid are owned by Genexyz and protected by IP laws.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided as-is without warranty. Genexyz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international data protection and consumer laws including COPPA and GDPR.
